11:45 -Arrive at Church load Bus (see job list) - eat lunch before arriving

12:15 - Opening Devotion


12:30p.m. – Depart OAPC


4:30 p.m. -Arrive Stockbridge Presb. Church

Unload, set-up, rehearse, eat, change


6:45 p.m. – Pre-Concert Devotion


7:00 p.m. – Concert Program


8:00 p.m. – Change/meet hosts for overnight stays

DAY 2- Tuesday, June 24

(Breakfast in homes)

7:30 a.m. - Return to Church – load bus


8:00 a.m. – Morning Devotion


8:30 a.m. – Depart Stockbridge Presbyterian Church

9:00a.m.–1:00p.m. – Holy Comforter Episcopal Church Service Project

Lunch included; Donations items needed: (bring one) deodorant, toothpaste, socks (new in package), underwear (new in package, mens or women’s, sizes, medium, large, or extra large), or tubes of Neosporin.

1:00 p.m. – Depart for Columbia Theological Seminary

1:30 – 3:00 p.m. – Tour of Columbia Theological Seminary

3:30 p.m. – Load Bus and Depart for Shallowford Presbyterian Church

4:00 p.m. – Arrive Shallowford Presbyterian Church Unload, set-up, rehearse, eat, change

6:45 p.m. – Pre-Concert Devotion


7:00 p.m. – Concert Program


8:00 p.m. – Change/meet hosts for overnight stays

DAY 3 - Wednesday, June 25

3:30 – Depart for Lawrenceville Presbyterian Church

4:30 p.m. – Arrive Lawrenceville Presbyterian Church Unload, set-up, rehearse, eat, change

6:45 p.m. – Pre-Concert Devotion

6 p.m. – Call time for Tour Homecoming Concert at OAPC – come in costume

7 p.m. - Tour Homecoming Concert/Ice Cream Awards Reception to Follow
